1. Site owner

This website (darehabits.com) is operated by DARE, a company in formation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The registered name, licence number and address will be published here upon incorporation. Contact: hello@darehabits.com.

2. The service

DARE provides personalised training and nutrition coaching, delivered through a private client portal, with plans prepared and reviewed by human coaches. Access to the portal is by invitation only, under the engagement agreed with each client.

3. Health disclaimer

DARE coaching is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

By using the service you confirm that:

You have disclosed to your coaches every relevant medical condition, injury, allergy, intolerance and medication.
DARE cannot be held responsible for adverse effects arising from pathologies, conditions or treatments that you did not communicate to your coaches before or during the engagement.
You will consult a physician before starting any training or nutrition plan if you have (or suspect) any medical condition, and will stop and seek medical advice if you experience adverse symptoms.

4. Results

Individual results depend on adherence, starting point and personal factors. Testimonials and progress photos shown on this site are real client outcomes published with their signed authorization, and are not a guarantee of specific results.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in the client portal — plans, methodology, texts, images and branding — belongs to DARE or its licensors. Plans are for the personal use of the client they were prepared for and may not be redistributed or resold.

6. Acceptable use of the portal

Credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must keep your password confidential and notify us of any suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that compromise the security of the service.

7. Liability

We work to keep the site and portal available and error-free, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the client's country of residence within the EU.

8. Privacy

How we process personal and health data is described in our Privacy Policy. Use of this site does not require cookies beyond essential technical storage — see the Cookie Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you contract as a consumer residing in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
