IN‑HOME
PRESENCE
Your trainer and chef operate daily from your residence. Training, nutrition and culinary execution handled fully end-to-end — nothing delegated to you.
The engagement
COMPLETE
EXECUTION.
This is not a coaching programme. Erika and Daniel are physically present at your residence or private facility daily — training you, preparing your food, and managing every variable of your health protocol in real time.
No app to check. No meals to prepare. No decisions to make. Your only task is to show up and follow through.
Designed for those for whom time is the primary constraint and results are non-negotiable.
Daily On-Site Presence
Trainer and chef arrive at your residence each day. Training happens in your private gym or outdoor space. Meals are prepared in your kitchen using precision-sourced ingredients.
Real-Time Adjustments
Last-minute travel? Stress spike? Poor sleep? Your protocol adjusts immediately. No waiting for a weekly review — decisions are made on the spot, by the people who know your body.
Total Culinary Execution
Every meal is sourced, prepared and served. Ingredients are measured to the gram. Your kitchen is stocked weekly. You eat exactly what your protocol requires, with zero friction.
Around Your Agenda
Board meetings, family commitments, international travel — the team works around your calendar, not against it. Engagements are structured with maximum 3 active clients to ensure full availability.
